Which Is Better For Cast Iron Cookware – Le Creuset Or Staub?

Staub enameled cast iron cookware is traditional and strong, perfect for low heat cooking. It retains heat better than any other cookware. The equal distribution of heat will eliminate hot spots, allowing you to cook the most delicate dishes. A 4qt round casserole will cost about $ 175.00 US
Le Creuset has been popular with French chefs since 1925, they are have perfected enameled cast iron process. Each shape is made from molten steel and cast in a unique mold, and then expertly enameled. This produces cookware that evenly distributes heat, browns and caramelizes food to perfection, and looks great on the table. A 4 qt round casserole will cost about $79.99 US.
I like the lids on Staub better than Le Creuset they are easier to access but, I prefer the Le Creuset prices!
