Can I Use Pam on A Cast Iron Skillet?
I've got a 9 month old cast iron skillet that is pretty well seasoned. It came already seasoned, and we use the skillet a lot.
When I clean it (using hot water and kosher salt as I know I should) and then dry it off, I rub a bit of oil into it.
My question is, can I use PAM or oil spray to coat the skillet?
Does Anyone Have Any Info. About A Vintage Cast Iron Skillet Made By Birmingham Stove Company. Old?

This skillet is cast iron and about 3" around the actural skillet. It is made by Birmingham Stove & Range Company. I don't think the company is still in business and I think it is pretty old. If anyone has any info. about the company itself and how to find out more info., please let me know. Thank you.
