How Do You Determine The Size Of A Cast Iron Skillet?
Do I use the bottom diameter for measuring or the top diameter?

LOL….. I know this is not the correct answer, but I look for one that I KNOW I will use. I have about 6 skillets and 1 flat griddle that I absolutely love!. I also gave my daughter one that was “useable”. I guess I go by what I need.
