		<description>Yes the old fashioned way cook with them on a stove top. If you would like to last a life time do not put them in to a 250 degree oven It really is not a cooking temperature. It is waste of time to do that. and don&#039;t clean with water use olive oil so it does not rust.  If you need to use water dry by putting on cook top on  High heat. then allow to cool and rub with oil</description>

		<description>To season a cast  iron pan you can rub with a good oil and heat on top of stove until it starts to smoke. When it cools wipe with paper towel than it is ready to use. Never put wood in the oven.</description>

		<description>Yes you can season them wooden handles. I&#039;ve found pork fat back does a great job of seasoning. I season at 225 degrees for 4 hours. Check and wipe with fat back as needed.</description>
