Can You Use Cast Iron Cookware On A Smooth Top Stove?
I was told that if you use cast iron cookware, that the surface of the stove will bubble. anybody know?

I have had smooth top stoves for last 10 years, and almost exclusively use cast iron. Works great and never have had problem.
it is fine IF you don’t use very high heat, also do not move it around without lifting it. Otherwise it’s fine.
