		<description>Not the enameled. And not healthy for the cast iron to do either. Iron expands with heat and holds some food juice (and bacteria) in the pan.   
But good old Corningware and pyrex is able to do this with no harm to you and your family. (just not on the stove top)  And NEVER use anything Aluminum at all.</description>
